Where are SHARVAE products made?

Every formula is produced in FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facilities in North America, and every order ships from our North American fulfillment center with tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Each order is prepared and quality-checked within 3–5 business days — we don't ship aged inventory — then delivered in 3–7 business days across the US. You'll receive tracking the moment it leaves.

How much is shipping?

US shipping is complimentary on orders of $85 or more; below that, a flat $6.95.

What if it isn't right for me?

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a refund — no fees. Opened skincare can't be restocked for hygiene reasons, but if your first order isn't right, write to returns@thesharvae.com within 30 days and we'll find a solution together.

What order do I use the products in?

Morning: Aure, then your SPF. Evening: Éterna, then Aure to seal in moisture. That's the whole ritual — by design. New movements join only when a formula earns its place.

I see a UV-filter ingredient (octinoxate) in a list — is this a sunscreen?

No. Small amounts of these ingredients appear in the base formulation, but SHARVAE products are not sunscreens and provide no SPF. Please use a dedicated SPF every morning — we mean it.

Will it suit sensitive skin?

Aure was designed with sensitive skin in mind, and every formula lists its complete ingredients on the product page. We recommend a patch test on the inner arm for any new skincare.

How long until I notice a difference?

Hydration and comfort are immediate. Changes in the look of tone and texture typically take consistent use over several weeks — skincare is a ritual, not a switch.

Why do you sell so few products?

Because the ritual keeps only what earns its place. Nothing here is padding — and nothing joins the shelf until it has earned the right to.

Why is the return address in Canada?

Our manufacturing and fulfillment partner operates from North America, including our returns facility in Vancouver. It's where your order is made, packed, and — rarely, we hope — returned.
