At THE SHARVAE, we are committed to delivering high‑performance skincare with the highest standards of integrity, hygiene, and care. To preserve the purity of our formulas and the precision of our branding, every order undergoes a rigorous, quality‑controlled preparation process before dispatch.
1. Order Processing & Quality Control
The Freshness Standard
To ensure your skincare arrives in peak condition, we do not ship aged inventory. Please allow 3–5 business days for our fulfillment team to carefully process, inspect, and prepare your order for shipment.
Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has cleared our quality checkpoints and has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure tracking number to monitor its delivery.
2. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We offer streamlined flat‑rate shipping to provide a seamless and premium checkout‑to‑delivery experience.
• United States: $10.00 USD
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
• Canada: $15 USD
Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days after processing
• International: $20 USD
Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and local customs procedures
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only. Local carrier volume, customs processing, and seasonal demand may affect final arrival dates.
3. International Customs & Duties
Global Shipping Notice
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival in the destination country.
Customer Responsibility
All customs charges are assessed by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. THE SHARVAE does not control or collect these fees.
4. Address Accuracy & Courier Requirements
Precision Matters
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are complete and accurate. THE SHARVAE is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Service Restrictions
Due to specialized handling requirements, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
5. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to our distribution facility due to an incorrect address, incomplete address details, or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier:
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Once the package is received back at our facility in unused, unopened, and original condition, we may, at our discretion:
– Issue a refund for the product value minus original shipping and handling costs
– Offer store credit
– Arrange reshipment to a corrected address
• Reshipping Fee: Reshipment is subject to the standard shipping rate plus a $3.00 USD warehouse handling fee.
This approach aligns with our Return & Refund Policy and ensures fair resolution while maintaining product integrity.
6. Delivery Resolution
If tracking information shows your order as “Delivered” but you have not received the package:
• Please contact your local carrier within 48 hours to initiate an inquiry.
• Notify our support team at sharvae.shop@gmail.com, and we will provide tracking documentation and assist where possible.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
